intec participates at “CIGRE Regional South-East European Conference 2018”

At its fourth edition, the RSEEC is a major bi-yearly event in POWER SYSTEMS that provides an exceptional venue to CIGRE members and interested parties for discussing: “Innovation for efficient and effective management, solutions for power systems of the future”.

intec was represented by 8 specialists, presenting one tutorial: “Experience with mechanical performance of non-conventional conductors, Presentation of Technical Brochure 695, WG B2.48” (Daniel Marginean) and 2 reports: “Increasing the ampacity of an existing 220 kV OHL in Romania” (Daniel Marginean, Mihai Uzun) and “Reliability of the HVAC transmission lines” (Dr. Georgel Gheorghita).

The conference brings together power systems engineers, decision makers, economists, academics and many others interested in the domain. The conference also promotes CIGRE as a strong technical organization, capable of contributing to the technical expertise and know-how through its study committees, conference proceedings and technical documents.

intec takes pride in its active participation and contribution to the scientific community and gives great importance to sharing the technical knowledge and experience accumulated, together with other long standing members of the organization.
