The project “Promotion of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Concepts in Cities and Industry” aims to identify potential for energy-efficiency options by introducing municipal energy management systems and will thus contribute to the “Smart City Concept".  It comprises five main energy-related intervention areas: generation, storage, infrastructure, facilities, and transport (mobility).

The scope of the services focus on the implementation of the following main areas:

1) Implementation of energy management systems in cities; and

2) Introduction of innovative digital methods for municipal data management.
